Welcome to Pinnacle Sports SG. By accessing or using our website and gym services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they apply to all members and visitors of Pinnacle Sports SG.

1. Membership and Enrollment

• All new members must complete the membership registration form and health declaration before starting any classes or training.
• Membership plans are subject to the terms stated in the respective package. Payment must be made in advance, and memberships auto-renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• The membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

2. Payment and Billing

• Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. We offer various payment methods, including credit/debit card payments, ATOME/GrabPay (in progress), Paylah/PayNow (in progress).
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the membership plan.
• Any late payments or declined transactions may result in the suspension of membership privileges until payment is rectified.

3. Class Scheduling and Cancellations

• Pinnacle Sports SG reserves the right to change class schedules or instructors at any time. Notice will be provided in advance when possible.
• Members must book their spot in classes via the online booking system. Failure to show up for a reserved class may result in penalties according to the membership plan.
• Members can cancel a booked class up to [specific time] before the class start time.

4. Code of Conduct

• Pinnacle Sports SG is committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment. All members are expected to treat each other, staff, and the gym facilities with respect.
• Shirts must be worn at all times while in the gym. We reserve the right to ask members to leave if they fail to follow this or other attire guidelines.
• Disruptive, offensive, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

5. Use of Gym Facilities

• Members are responsible for the proper use of gym equipment and are required to wipe down equipment after use.
• Gym facilities are provided for personal fitness and wellness activities. The use of the facilities for unauthorized personal training or instruction is prohibited.
• Any damage to equipment caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the member.

6. Health and Safety

• Safety is our top priority. All members participate in classes or use the gym facilities at their own risk.
• Members are required to inform staff of any injuries, illnesses, or conditions that may affect their ability to participate in physical activities.
• First aid kits are available on-site, and our staff is trained in basic first aid procedures.

7. Personal Data Protection

• We respect your privacy. All personal data collected from members is handled in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
• Your data will be used strictly for the purposes of managing your membership, communicating with you, and improving our services. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability Waiver

• By signing up for our services, you acknowledge that participation in physical activities involves inherent risks. Pinnacle Sports SG is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage sustained during your participation.
• We are also not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings brought to the gym.

9. Termination and Suspension

• Members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days' written notice. The next billing cycle will be the final month.
• Pinnacle Sports SG reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates these Terms and Conditions or for misconduct within the gym.
• Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 15 days once per year, upon written request.

10. Photographs and Media

• From time to time, we may take photographs or videos during classes and gym events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, kindly reach out to any of our staffs.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be resolved under Singaporean jurisdiction.
