Pinnacle Sports SG Boxing Academy

1. Nature of Services

Pinnacle Sports SG operates as a boxing academy providing structured coaching and training programmes ("Programmes").

Participation is granted through programme enrolment, not membership.

Training is conducted:

• By scheduled sessions
• Under supervision of authorised coaches
• For skill development, fitness, and athlete development

Pinnacle Sports SG does not operate as an open-access gym.

2. Enrolment Requirements

All students must:

• Complete the enrolment form
• Provide accurate personal information
• Complete health declaration where required

For students under 18 years old, parent or guardian consent is required.

Enrolment is non-transferable.

3. Programme Fees and Payment

Programme fees:

• Must be paid in advance
• Are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

Payment methods may include:

• PayNow
• Bank transfer
• Approved digital payment platforms

Fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Pinnacle Sports SG.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of enrolment.

4. Programme Structure and Scheduling

Students may attend only their assigned programme sessions.

Pinnacle Sports SG reserves the right to:

• Modify schedules
• Change coaches
• Adjust programme structure

Where reasonably possible, notice will be provided.

5. Attendance and Participation

Students must:

• Attend only authorised sessions
• Follow coach instructions
• Follow all safety requirements

Unauthorised or unsupervised training is prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully.

The following may result in suspension or termination:

• Dangerous conduct
• Disruptive behaviour
• Misuse of equipment
• Failure to follow instructions

No refunds will be provided for termination due to misconduct.

7. Academy Equipment and Premises

All academy equipment must be used only:

• Under supervision
• As instructed

Students are responsible for damage caused by misuse.

Personal training of other individuals without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

8. Health and Medical Responsibility

Students confirm they are medically fit to participate.

Students must inform the academy of:

• Injuries
• Medical conditions

Participation is voluntary and at own risk.

9. Withdrawal and Termination

Students may withdraw by providing:

30 days written notice

Pinnacle Sports SG reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrolment for:

• Safety reasons
• Misconduct
• Breach of these Terms

10. Training Interruptions and Break Requests

Training breaks may be granted at the academy’s discretion for:

• Medical reasons
• National Service
• School examinations
• Travel

Supporting documentation may be required.

11. Personal Belongings

Students are responsible for their personal belongings.

Pinnacle Sports SG is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

12. Photography and Media

The academy may record photographs or videos for:

• Training purposes
• Educational purposes
• Promotional purposes

Students may opt out by written request.

13. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Data is used for:

• Enrolment administration
• Programme management
• Communication

14. Limitation of Liability

Participation in boxing and physical training carries inherent risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Sports SG shall not be liable for:

• Injury
• Loss
• Damage
• Death

arising from participation.

15. Academy Training Environment

Pinnacle Sports SG operates as a structured boxing academy.

Access is restricted to:

• Enrolled students
• Authorised personnel

This is not an open-access facility.

16. Amendments

Pinnacle Sports SG may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Disputes shall be subject to Singapore jurisdiction.
